What is collected
Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
The subjects or exams you ask about and the classes you attend
Billing records: units taught, amounts billed and payment status
Why it is collected
To schedule your classes, send you joining details, bill you correctly for the time taught, and answer your questions.
Card details
Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by TBC Bank on its own secure pages. Your card details are handled entirely by TBC Bank and are never seen or stored by this website. ClearSyllabus receives only confirmation that a payment was made.
Who else sees your information
Zoom, for running the classes. TBC Bank, for processing payments. Email and messaging providers, for contacting you. Your information is not sold or shared for marketing.
How long it is kept
Contact and attendance records are kept while you are a student and for as long as needed afterwards to resolve billing questions. Billing records are kept as required by Georgian accounting rules.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you by writing to [email]. Billing records that must be kept by law are excluded from deletion.
