By attending a class you agree to these terms.
Raise a billing error within 3 months and it is corrected and refunded to the original card.
Who we are
ClearSyllabus is operated by Maia Tchkonia, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia, based in Batumi.
The service
ClearSyllabus provides live group tutoring in finance, accounting, microeconomics and exam preparation, delivered by video call. Classes are scheduled by the tutor. Joining details are sent to students privately and should not be shared with anyone outside the group.
Fees and payment
Teaching time is billed after delivery in 30-minute units at the rate shown on the Pricing page, in US dollars. A payment link is sent at the end of each month and is due on receipt. Cancellations, missed classes and refunds are covered by the Billing & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Card details
Payments are processed by Flitt. Card details are handled entirely by Flitt and are never stored by this website or by ClearSyllabus.
Class materials
Notes, slides and worked examples shared in class are for the personal study of students in the group and may not be resold or posted publicly.
Conduct
Classes are shared with other students. The tutor may remove a student from a group for behaviour that disrupts it. Time taught up to that point remains billable.
No guarantee of results
Tutoring supports your studies. Grades and exam outcomes depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page applies to classes taught after the date of the change.
